As a value added service, included with each inspection, you will recieve a comprehensive digital report complete with pictures. We will also identify and place ID tags on your critical shut off valves. We will respect your property by wearing shoe coverings. In addition, you will receive a complementary gift, THE HOMEOWNER'S HANDBOOK, it's an 80 page book to guide you in preserving the value of your home, and our way of saying, "Thanks for your business".

Radon Testing: State of Maine Reg.# TB18600C

Maine State regulations require that during a real estate transaction, all radon tests must be conducted by a state registered radon service provider. All state registered providers require extensive training as well as annual CEU's. In addition, Quality Assurance and monthly reports are submitted to the State of Maine, Radon Control Section. A state registration card is issued to all compliant radon service providers. Do not allow anyone to provide radon testing without proof of registration.

Our radon air tests are conducted using a CRM Continuous Radon Monitor or LS Vials. Our CRM test results can be available in only two days.
