The founder of our company, Jack LeClair, is a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and is a Masters course graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute conducted at the University of Connecticut campus. Jack is also a member of the Biddeford Saco Chamber of Commerce, Sanford-Springvale Chamber of Commerce, National Radon Proficiency Program / National Environmental Health Association, The Maine Coalition of Home Inspection Professionals, and is licensed in the State of Maine to provide Radon testing services for both air and water.
Our inspection reports conform to and exceed the NACHI & ASHI standards of practice and are available via our web site, email, CD, or bound in paper. Our reports are computer generated and digital pictures are included. Our company policy is to comply with the NACHI code of ethics.
